The last year has been incredibly unpredictable!  We have chosen to see not what we have lost, but the new avenues we have found.  For some that means a completely new line of work.  Others that means working from home while doing their best to help their children with distance learning.  Many restaurants have discovered growth with take-out and delivery.  

We as consumers have seen crazy shortages all over the board.  Toilet paper?  Paper towels?  Clorox wipes?  Yeast?  Rice?  Exercise equipment?  Gasoline?  (What will be the next hot item?)

I've definitely experienced my own new take on day drinking and the "freshman 15," which is now being called "quarantine 15."  I even had my husband lighten and color my armpit hairs.  (Why does he put up with my wacky ways??)

And when my salon was forced closed as a way to help contain the spread of Covid-19, the idea for an online boutique was born.  Unfortunately for me, technology is something slightly beyond the scope of my day-to-day abilities.  It felt like something constantly bubbling just below the surface.  It was time to call in the big dogs.  (Of course, I first asked my 5 year old if she could help me, just in case.  That was a dead end.)
